Workout Changes April 26/27

Due to the Springfest Meet at Guildford, please note the following workouts changes for Sat, April 26 and Sun, April 27

Royal Knights - RKA

RKA classes on Sat, April 26 and Sun, April 27 will move to SSLC (Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex).  Classes will run at the same time, just at SSLC.

Sat, April 26

• Gold SSLC, Gold GLFD and Gold Weekend 7:15-9:00AM SSLC
• Silver Weekend 11:45am-1:00pm SSLC
• Bronze Weekend 12:45-2:00pm SSLC

Sun, April 27

• Gold weekend and Silver Weekend - 1:45-3:00pm SSLC
• Bronze Weekend - 2:45-4:00pm SSLC

Community Fitness

• There are no workouts for Community Fitness Sat, April 26 and Sun, April 27

Competitive

• No workouts Saturday and Sunday
• No workout Monday AM
• Regular workouts Monday PM
