SKSC Distance Time Trial
Our Knights hosted a quick distance time trial in practice for our performance groups.
First up was the 400FR with 9/10 Youth swimmers getting under 6mins for the first time and improving 15-20secs from their in practice 400s 3 weeks ago.
Second up was the 800FR. Congratulations to Leanne C for breaking the 10&U club record in the 800FR from 20+ years ago, getting under 11mins in her first time racing the event. Emma Q, Myla W and Matthew S had strong swims almost dipping under 10mins. Emma Q time was fast enough to reach the Swim BC Pacific Wave time.
Lastly was the 1500FR. Allen W and Max B broke 18mins for the first time, both reaching Swim BC Propects times. Justin D also had a big best time dropping almost 30secs from his best time inching closer to the 13-14 provincial cut.
